Meditate for at least five minutes. After you are done, say these words out loud thirteen times.

When you are done drink your water. You will have to do this spell everyday, 3 times a day, saying the spell 13 times in one setting for thirteen days. If you are a baby witch you may need to do this spell for 21 days.
